What is seamoss
Seamoss is a Sea vegetable/Superfood. A type of red algae grown from the ocean packed of essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, prebiotic fibre and is one of the best plant sources of omega 3 fatty acids. There are thousands of species but over a dozen are known and used for human consumption. We offer 3 types:
1. Irish moss (Purple chondrus crispus)
2. Gold seamoss (Eucheuma Cottonii)
3. Purple seamoss (Eucheuma Cottonii)
9.5ph Kangen water
Kangen water is purified alkaline water produced by our amazing K8 water filtration machine. We clean, soak and blend our seamoss using 9.5ph kangen water

Seamoss banana-berry smoothie bowl
1 Frozen banana
1 Cup of frozen blueberries
1 Half cup of strawberries
2 Tbsp Seamoss gel
2 Cups of (your choice of milk)
Blend until smooth
Add mixture to a bowl, adding your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
